Captain Erik Goss

Captain Erik Goss, whose family hails from Pensacola, was born and raised in Orlando.  After graduating from Florida State University in 1998, he moved to Pensacola to start his career in Law Enforcement.

Captain Goss has a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration.  

Captain Goss was hired as a cadet in June of 1998.  He has worked in patrol, criminal investigations, field training, and community outreach.  Captain Goss is a past President of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #71.  He is currently the Captain in the Community Outreach Division.
