Development Review Meeting
Every Wednesday at 9 a.m., a development review meeting is held to discuss ideas, proposals, and plans for developments within the City. This meeting is generally held virtually, via Microsoft Teams. However, on the third Wednesday of every month, the meeting is offered in-person in the Hagler-Mason Conference Room in City Hall. Pre-registration is required regardless of the format to allow staff to prepare for the meeting. Click here for the One-Stop Development Participation Form.
Project information such as location address, proposed land use, project description, and surveys and/or plans to be considered must be provided in advance.
City staff will be available remotely to answer your questions and provide comments and guidance for your development in real time. Participating in a development review meeting will ensure that landowners, builders, and engineers experience an easy and quick permitting process with the City of Pensacola.
