Education sessions on men's health hot topics -- featuring Dr. George Smith, CMO of Community Health Northwest Florida and Dr. Pelbreton Balfour, cardiologist with Baptist Health Care. ? COVID-19 vaccination opportunity ? Health screenings -- to include PSA (prostate), blood glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, HIV ? Mental health resources ? Yoga demonstrations by Serenity Z Flow Yoga ? Chronic disease resources, financial assistance resources including sliding fee scale and prescription assistance programs and more! ? PLUS, Manna food box distribution to the first 100 guests, $25 gift cards for every screening participant, raffles and giveaways while supplies last!
