Free Yoga Classes are offered the first Sunday of each month at Community Maritime Park courtesy of Breathe Yoga and Wellness Center.
Free one-hour, outdoor yoga sessions will be held the first Sunday of each month at Community Maritime Park resuming on Sept. 6 at 9 a.m. Classes are open to all ages and levels of experience. Certified instructors from Breathe Yoga and Wellness Center will provide instruction. The class is free, but you will need to BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and any other accessories you would like to use. Stay hydrated! Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water.
To adhere to CDC Guidelines, social distancing measures will be in place. Participants shall maintain 6 feet distance from each other. Class size will be capped at 50 participants. To best accommodate, students will be allowed to attend on a first come first served basis. We ask that you arrive early and appreciate your understanding while we implement these changes during the pandemic.

Generally classes are held at 10 a.m., however July through September classes will begin at 9 a.m. in order to take advantage of morning’s cooler temperatures.
