Council on Aging of West Florida will be distributing five free shelf-stable meals to seniors Wed., Sept. 30 from 11 a.m. until noon at Bayview Senior, Cobb and Fricker Resource Centers. Seniors must call 475-1475 by 12 p.m. the day prior to pick up.
