The 2016 Fitness Revolution will offer the latest information on fitness and health from many local exhibitors, instructors, and demonstrations. The Revolution kicks off Jan. 9th with 12 group fitness class demonstrations, health and wellness information booths, and interactive activities for the entire family. Each Saturday after that we will feature 2 full length group fitness classes to help get your fitness goals off to a great start. All you need is a mat, towel, water, and a friend! All of the Fitness Revolution events are FREE to the public!
