311, Some City Phone Lines Experiencing Issues with Incoming Calls

Some City of Pensacola phone lines are currently experiencing issues and are unable to receive incoming calls. Impacted lines include:

• 311
• Sanitation Services
• Code Enforcement
• Roger Scott Tennis Center

The city is working with the phone vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
