Weekly Meeting Schedule June 29 - July 3, 2020


Tuesday, June 30


City Council Special Meeting - 5:30 p.m., City Hall, 222 W. Main St., Council Chambers, First Floor (Agenda)

Members of the public may attend and participate via live stream and/or phone only. 

To watch the meeting live:

  • Visit Mayor Grover Robinson's Facebook page at facebook.com/PensacolaMayor   
To provide input:
  • To speak during Leroy Boyd Public Forum (for items not on the agenda):
    • Visit cityofpensacola.com/ccinput.
    • Fill out the online form beginning at 3 p.m. until that agenda item has been voted upon.
    • Important: Members of the public who wish to speak to a specific item on the agenda must provide a phone number where they can be reached during the City Council meeting.
    • Staff will call the requester at the appropriate time to directly address the City Council using a telephone held up to a microphone. If a city staff member cannot reach the requester at the phone number provided, they will lose the opportunity to speak. 
    • Any form received after an agenda item has been voted upon will not be considered.

Thursday, July 2

Environmental Advisory Board - 2 p.m., City Hall, 222 W. Main St., Council Chambers, First Floor (Agenda)

Some Environmental Advisory Board members may be attending by telephonic conferencing.

Members of the public may attend and participate via live stream and/or phone.

  • Fill out the online form beginning at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 2 until 2 p.m.
  • Important: Members of the public who wish to speak during the Public Forum must provide a phone number where they can be reached during the meeting.
To speak regarding an agenda item:
  • Visit cityofpensacola.com/EABInput
  • Fill out the online form beginning at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 2 until that agenda item has been voted upon.
Staff will call the person at the appropriate time so the citizen can directly address the Environmental Advisory Board using a telephone held up to a microphone.  If a city staff member cannot reach the requester at telephone number provided, they will lose the opportunity to speak.
