Monday, June 20Affordable Housing Task Force - 3:30 p.m., City Hall, 222 W. Main St., Hagler-Mason Conference Room, Second Floor (Agenda)Members of the public may attend and participate only via live stream and/or phone. - Fill out the online form beginning at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20 until the beginning of Public Comments.
- Important: Members of the public who wish to speak during the Public Forum must provide a phone number where they can be reached during the meeting.
- Staff will call the person at the appropriate time so the citizen can directly address the Affordable Housing Task Force using a telephone held up to a microphone. If a city staff member cannot reach the requester at telephone number provided, they will lose the opportunity to speak.

- Fill out the online form beginning at noon on Tuesday, July 21 until that agenda item has been voted upon or public comment has been closed by the Chair.
