Landlines Experiencing Issues Calling City Phone Lines Including PPD

The City of Pensacola has received reports of callers experiencing issues connecting to some City of Pensacola and Pensacola Police Department phone lines when calling from a landline. 911 is not impacted.

Callers may still reach impacted phone lines by calling from a cell phone instead of a landline. The City of Pensacola is working with the phone vendor to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Impacted lines include:
  • Pensacola Police Department (excluding 911)
  • City Hall
  • City of Pensacola community resource centers
  • Public Works & Facilities
The offices listed above are currently unable to receive incoming calls from landlines. Pensacola Energy, City of Pensacola Sanitation Services and Pensacola International Airport phone lines are not impacted.

Another notice will be sent when the issue has been resolved.
