Mayor to Host Virtual Press Conference
on COVID-19 at 3 p.m.
Mayor Grover Robinson will host a virtual press conference via Microsoft Teams at 3 p.m. today, Thursday, Nov. 19. The media may join the press conference at this link
starting at 3 p.m.
Mayor Robinson will provide an update on COVID-19 in the City of Pensacola before answering questions from the media. How to Participate:
- Download the Microsoft Teams App on mobile or access Microsoft Teams from a desktop computer. (It is recommended that participants familiarize themselves with Microsoft Teams at least 15 minutes before the meeting in case there are any technical issues.)
- Join the live meeting starting at 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19.
- Members of the media may comment their questions using the Q&A function during the question portion of the press conference.
- To avoid questions being asked simultaneously, Public Information Officer Kaycee Lagarde will read questions aloud to Mayor Robinson via the Q&A function in Microsoft Teams.
The press conference will not be live streamed, but it will be recorded and made available to the public via YouTube
and Mayor Robinson's Facebook page
