311, City of Pensacola Phone Lines Experiencing Outages

Many City of Pensacola phone lines are currently experiencing outages and are unable to make or receive calls. Impacted lines include:

311
City Hall
Code Enforcement
City community resource centers
Parks & Recreation
Pensacola Police and Fire Administration (911 is not impacted)
Port of Pensacola
Public Works and Facilities
Saenger Theatre
Sanitation Services

Pensacola Energy and Pensacola International Airport phone lines are not impacted.

The public's patience is appreciated as the city works with the phone vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
