City Launches New Interactive Online Permit Map

The City of Pensacola has launched a new interactive online permit map, which provides a user-friendly experience for residents, real estate agents and property owners to access city permitting information online.

The online map allows users to search for an address or permit number, or users can browse the map and click on permit locations to find more information.

The map, which was created in-house by the City of Pensacola's Department of Innovation & Technology, is available on the City of Pensacola website. For a video tutorial on how to use the map, click here.

Each dot on the map indicates the location of a permit or permits in the City of Pensacola. By clicking on a dot, users can find information about each permit, including the permit status, permit type and a brief description.

The new online interactive map provides easier access to permit information, since users can browse permits without knowing the permit number or specific location.

The map only includes permits issued starting in November 2019, when the City of Pensacola switched to the MyGoverntmentOnline permitting software. Information about permits issued prior to November 2019 can be accessed here.
