Utility Work on Burgess Road to Begin July 19

Several intersections on Burgess Road will experience temporary road closures starting Monday, July 19 as Emerald Coast Utilities Authority water mains are installed in the area.

The closure schedule is as follows:

Monday, July 19: Burgess Road just east of Mathis Court
Tuesday, July 20: Burgess Road just east of Sanders Street
Wednesday, July 21: Sanders Street just north of Burgess Road

Construction is expected to be completed by Wednesday, July 21 for all three project locations, weather permitting. Traffic will be detoured during construction.
