City of Pensacola 311 Email Notice
The City of Pensacola has been made aware of an issue with the city's 311 vendor that caused some users to receive email notifications from 311 in error. Emails were sent Sept. 13-14 for Pensacola 311 requests that have already been closed, including some previously completed requests that are several years old.
311 users who received emails for closed tickets may disregard and delete the emails. The City of Pensacola apologizes for the inconvenience, and city staff is working with the vendor to determine how this issue occurred.
