UPDATE: Traffic Signal Restored at Garden and Spring Street Intersection

The traffic signal at the intersection of Garden and Spring Street has been restored. The signal was out temporarily today, Thursday, Oct. 13, after a power line was struck by an ECUA contractor working on sewer repairs in the area.

Please note that a series of road closures will remain in effect at the intersection of Garden and Spring Street as ECUA crews continue working on sewer repairs at the intersection. For more information, click here.
