311 System Experiencing Outage
The City of Pensacola 311 system is currently experiencing an outage, which is impacting the 311 mobile app, inbound and outbound calls and city web-based service requests.
The public's patience is appreciated during this time, as the outage is impacting city staff's ability to respond to requests.
The city's 311 vendor is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Another notice will be sent once services are restored.
