Memorial Day Ceremony

On Sunday, May 28th, Memorial Day, at 1:00 p.m. the Veterans Memorial Park Foundation of Pensacola will be honoring the fallen service members that sacrificed their lives to keep this wonderful country safe. 

Navy Commander Scott Moyer will be the Keynote speaker for this event. Commander Moyer is a noble veteran pilot who has been awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and a two time member of the Blue Angles.

Memorial Day Concert


The 2nd Annual Pensacola Memorial Day concert is a time to pay tribute to the military service of our men and women in uniform who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and to honor their families. Join the City of Pensacola and the Pensacola Civic Band under the direction of Don Snowden for a new Pensacola tradition, with special guests Pearl Harbor survivor Retired Chief Warrant Officer Frank Emond, and singer Holly Shelton. The Pensacola Memorial Day concert will be on Monday May 29th – 5:00 pm at the Hunter Amphitheater at Community Maritime Park behind the Blue Wahoos Stadium. Heroes Among Us: Medal of Honor Night

Honoring those that served with the Heroes Among Us Series at Veterans Memorial Park Pensacola. Join us Thursday, May 25th for Medal of Honor night with guest speaker, Doc Donald Ballard USN. Click here for more information. 


Angels in the Outfield

Ciclovia - Pensacola Open Streets

On Monday, June 12th at 5:30 p.m. the Blue Angel  Association and the City of Pensacola Government have partnered with the ever loved Pensacola Blue Wahoos for this special event.

Come on down to the Blue Wahoos stadium to join the Blue Angels in some pregame fun and festivities, autographs, and photographs. 

The Naval Aviation Museum will be at this event as well with some historical Blue Angels memorabilia.

Food Network in Pensacola


This week, Mayor Ashton Hayward and the City of Pensacola have been working together with the Food Network in filming The Great Food Truck Race. The Great Food Truck Race is a reality T.V. series by The Food Network about competing food trucks around different cities. Several food trucks from the show partnered up with local food trucks and have been serving the community at City Hall and various other locations in Downtown Pensacola. 

Veteran & Family Symposium & Expo
Blues on the Bay Concert Fundraiser 

The Blues Angel Music Foundation will be collecting donations for Workman Middle School Orchestra at the June 4th Blues on the Bay concert. The Workman Orchestra recently lost all of their musical equipment to a fire. 

Input Meeting - Community Resource Center at Bayview Park

The City of Pensacola is undertaking the building of a new Community Resource Center at Bayview Park. Caldwell Associates Architects has been hired to plan and design the new facility. Please join us to provide your input about what types of uses and functions to include in the building, and to share your ideas about how to make this project a tremendous new addition to the great benefits of living in Pensacola.
