BID NO. 19-020
The City of Pensacola, Florida requests sealed bids from professional maintenance service firms with experience in the following areas: vacuum truck operation, tank decanting, solids handling, solids transport, confined space entry, maintenance of traffic and other related tasks to provide cleaning services of one hundred ten (110) underground stormwater treatment units.
Sealed bids with original signature and one (1) additional copy plus one (1) electronic copy on flash drive or CD will be received at the Purchasing Office located on the 6th floor of City Hall at 222 West Main Street until:

Thereafter, at a place to be announced and immediately following deadline for receipt of the bids, those proposals received will be opened and publicly read concerning:

Specifications, contract documents and any addenda may be obtained from the City of Pensacola website, www.cityofpensacola.com/bids.aspx. Bidders are responsible for obtaining addenda, and are advised to check the website frequently. For further information contact or telephone (850) 435-1835.
Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for a period of sixty (60) days.

The City of Pensacola reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to award bids on a split-order basis by item number when applicable, to waive any bid informalities and to re-advertise for bids when deemed in the best interest of the City of Pensacola.
